Renting a flat in Kenilworth at short notice has been made an easy task with the help of Donna at Philpot’s. From advertising to the tenant moving in took. 5 days! All checks were completed timely. I cannot rate the service highly enough; quick, efficient and easy. Donna went over and above to sort out a few minor issues that were not really her responsibility. I would not hesitate to recommend this company if you want an efficient service at a competitive fee.
