As well as a full guide to all the homes being promoted by Julie Philpot Residential, the website also includes handy guides for new landlords letting their properties. This as well as guides for renters and buyers.
Julie Philpot Residential was first launched in 2019, when Julie decided to swap her job at a corporate, high street brand to launch the owner-led, boutique business. Since then, the company has grown quickly, scooping multiple industry awards and building its reputation for standards of service and customer care.
The new lettings offer was officially launched in 2025, and has already seen lots of enquiries coming in.
