As we celebrate our 7th birthday this April, I have been taking some time to reflect on the journey so far — and what an incredible few years it has been.
Back in April 2019, I launched Julie Philpot Residential with just five properties, and I will never forget agreeing our very first sale within that first month. Since then, we’ve grown beyond anything I could have imagined, and we’re now approaching our 500th property sale, with total sales exceeding £188 million.
Of course, none of this would have been possible without the amazing team around me. Donna joined me in 2020, followed by Claudia, Beth, Kim and Christine, and more recently Caitlin. I’m so proud of the team we’ve built — they are all friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable, and they genuinely care about every client we work with.
Along the way, we have had the privilege of supporting local charities, sponsoring sports clubs, and even receiving national awards — something I’m hugely grateful for.
During the Autumn of 2025 the Lettings and Management side of the business was launched, with Donna leading this department, which has been an exciting new chapter for us. It has been great to already support local landlords, including hosting events to share guidance and updates such as the upcoming Renters Rights Bill.
I am so thankful to everyone who has supported the business over the past seven years — our clients, our community, and my fantastic team. @followers.
